Hey! I'm trying to keep starting expenses low for a leopard gecko enclosure. I have a 23 gallon bowfront enclosure that I had from a previous aquarium setup. Only concern I have is that it is a mirrorback. Has anyone had issues with a gecko freaking out over their reflection?
Secondly, would a rubber shelf liner be an appropriate substrate? With the bowfront footprint, I can't get tiles (my second choice) or really anything to fit without some serious cutting and sanding.
Thank you for any feedback!
